Yes, our Bluetooth app can change chair settings including adjusting chair voice settings like the reversing warning and other prompts, volume, gear, cruise control ability, and power.
Yes, both our models have a cup holder/phone holder accessory available.
The E40/E60 lightweight electric wheelchair series comes with two storage compartments, a water proof rear storage hard shell zipper pouch, and also a hanging basket under the seat. There is additional storage available as an accessory for the X40 motorized wheelchair.

There are two ways to charge battery. 1. Charge via the charging port of armrest. 2. Charge the battery separately.

With other chairs yes, but the Robooter has an easy to use cruise control setting where you can set the speed and adjust the course just like you do in a car, so your hand and fingers don’t get tired or sore.

Robooter uses ternary lithium batteries that are safe and have better cycle performance.
- Normal use can last about 1,000 times of charge and discharge.
- If you do not plan to use the device for a long time, you need to remove the battery and store it after it is fully charged. Make sure the battery is fully charged before storing. Charge the battery at least once a month. Otherwise there is a risk that the battery will be over-discharged and unable to be recharged.
- To maintain battery life: Try to keep your battery above 20%.
- After charging, you need to unplug the charger’s charging connector from the battery.
The chairs will be fully charged in 4-6 hours for a full charge from near empty.
The battery can last up to 8 hours of driving time. This can be reduced by low temperature, uphill slope, and other factors.
Standard colours include Grey, White, and Green for E40, E60 series. White for X40

Yes airlines will allow our power chairs on planes, you can typically roll right up to your gate and the airline will load it, then have it ready for you upon arrival. You should check in advance of your flight on battery size allowances. We do have smaller batteries with 10Ah 24V and 12Ah 24V available as accessories which will be allowed on.
All our power chairs come with a novice mode which reduces the speed the user can travel until they are fully comfortable to operate at higher speeds.
Yes, both our X40 mobility chair and E40/E60 series lightweight motorized wheelchair models have rear lights for great visibility in the dark. Our E40 indoor electric wheelchair /E60 outdoor foldable electric wheelchair series also comes standard with a light-touch LED flashlight on the armrest, and our X40 folding lightweight mobility scooter has an armrest flashlight accessory available.

Our power wheelchairs have many safety features including backup warning, automatic braking, automatic speed slow down when turning, and an SOS button where the chair will announce “alert” repeatedly to help the user get assistance.
